Degree adverbs increase or decrease intensity. They modify adjectives, other adverbs, or the whole verb phrase and answer "how much?" or "to what degree?".
Examples: meget (very/much), virkelig (really), rigtig (really), ret (quite), temmelig (rather), ganske (quite), utrolig/enormt (incredibly/a lot), lidt/en smule (a little), så (so), for/alt for (too/far too), overhovedet (at all), helt/slet (completely/not at all), endnu/langt with comparatives (even/far).
