Noncount nouns
| Noncount nouns are masses of matter or abstract concepts (water, sand, air, love). | ||
| They normally do not take an indefinite article (a blood, a peace are not possible). In some everyday uses, English adds one (a coffee, a help) but Danish usually does not. | ||
| Noncount nouns usually have no plural form. | ||
