Reflexive verbs

Reflexive verbs use a reflexive pronoun to show that the subject acts on itself. In Danish, the base reflexive pronoun is sig. Example: Han vasker sig = He washes himself.

jeg → mig I → myself
du → dig you (sg) → yourself
han / hun / den / det / de → sig he / she / it / they → himself / herself / itself / themselves
vi → os we → ourselves
I → jer you (pl) → yourselves
