Verbs of movement

Verbs of movement (and change of state) often use er as the auxiliary in the perfect tenses, not har. Use er when there is a real change of place or state; use har for activity, duration, or when the verb is transitive.
Han er gået en tur	He has gone for a walk
Hun er rejst til Spanien	She has travelled to Spain
