Verbs of movement
| Verbs of movement (and change of state) often use er as the auxiliary in the perfect tenses, not har. Use er when there is a real change of place or state; use har for activity, duration, or when the verb is transitive. | |
| Han er gået en tur | He has gone for a walk |
| Hun er rejst til Spanien | She has travelled to Spain |
